Extremely comfy bed, big size bathroom and an electric kettle, air conditioner and an individual safe in the room. Particularly nice views and GREAT facilities. Location right by Polen, Close to railway line, and centre of krakow. Early check-in, parking outside. Efficient staff, impeccable service.

Not polite staff!

Fairly clean hotel, exceptionally good and tasty breakfast, the location is perfect near Krakow, the railway and centrum.

The breakfast spread was a delight every morning with a variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the room.

Unfortunately, we faced a few unexpected challenges with the air conditioning being set too low, making the first night quite chilly for comfort.

I had a good stay at Garden Square. The children's playroom allowed my toddlers to enjoy some safe fun while I relished the soothing scents from Rituals throughout the hotel. A slight noise from the railway was a minor inconvenience, but the cute atmosphere made it worthwhile.

My previous stays in krakow didn't quite meet expectations, but this time was beyond perfect, particularly with the spacious room and lovely decor. I was really surprised by the cute atmosphere!

Super tidy rooms, helpful staff. Breakfast offers a good variety of options. Enjoyed every part of our stay here, especially the lovely cocktails at the bar.

The hotel's modern decor, combined with a cozy atmosphere and functional ramps, allowing me to navigate the space effortlessly. It was a delight to relax in such thoughtfully designed settings.

A shower chair would enhance comfort for seniors.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick stop in Krakow with good value. The staff at the reception were very helpful and made the check-in process smooth. Ensure to ask for a room with better temperature control if you're sensitive to cold.

The room was beautifully modern, with a smart TV and really good AC. Breakfast offered a delicious variety, including handmade pasta, while complimentary water, coffee, and tea enhanced the experience. Air conditioning settings made the first night a bit too cold, and I found some noise from outside that was slightly disruptive. A stronger housekeeping presence could have improved the overall cleanliness, as some surfaces felt overlooked.
